About us & our background.
The Rivington Print Group is a privately owned commercial print and fabrication company based in Harlow, Essex and a addtional site in Kent and all under the Directorship of Neil Brant, Daniel Coffey and Dave Pett.
Founded in 1982, the company has established an excellent name throughout the print trade.
We are widely recognised within the trade not only for the impressive quality of our work but equally by our clients for the unbeatable levels of customer service we supply.
Our clients are all allocated their own dedicated account handler, as well as production manager both based on site within the main production facility and office.
They are available from 8.30am in the morning through to 5.30pm in the afternoon Monday to Friday, offering their wealth of experience, product knowledge and client support from quotation through to final delivery.
From a production perspective, whilst it is fair to say the companies’ origins are very much litho based, today’s portfolio offers so much more.
With this in mind, we are proud to showcase just how far we have grown and evolved greatly to accommodate the modern needs and changing requirements of our clients.
Large and small format digitally printed projects are now very much part of our daily production output, all produced from start to finish by our team. As well as print we now fabricate and design items for the retail POS market.
Many clients come to us looking for The Rivington Print Group to take care of their whole marketing campaign, which is why we have now added several services to our portfolio and are now a group of services so our clients benefit.
Consequently, we now also supply a wide variety of branded merchandise ecompassing 1000's of items from gadgets and simple giveaways, these are all sourced direct from trade only manufacturers from around the world to offer our clients a very competetive price and leadtime.

Services & what we do
Design & Artworking
Our company now offers a full design and artworking service for our clients. We aim to have all projects looked at and worked on within 4hrs of any notice and of course sooner if urgent. We offer a no fee consultation with our lead designer and they can help talk about the project you require. Events are covered and any re-brands.
Large Format Print
In recent times, we have invested heavily within this side of the business to cater for the ever changing, evolving requirements of our client base.
Retail branding in the high street is now very much part of our day-to-day production portfolio that can involve anything from a one-off window vinyl through to and including a complete store branding or re-fit.
The Large Format Digital Print area within our factory houses a variety of equipment including digital flat beds, plotters, laminators as well as a CAD cutting machine for the specialist bespoke finishing.
Branded Merchandise
Branded merchandise is a niche area of the business, one that we dedicate a bespoke website to that is home to literally thousands of our branded merchandise products.
Items can be sourced as a one-off initiative or as part of a complete promotional project encompassing a variety of branded products.
Items on the website can be uniquely branded to showcase the wide range of products available detailing anything from a one-off pen to through to a complete promo pack containing multiple products.
Litho Printing
Much has changed since our inception back in the early 80’s at which point we began print production on our B2 and B3 Litho presses close to the Blackwall Tunnel in London.
Report and Accounts, brochures, leaflets and business cards were very much the order of the day in those days however times have changed, production methods have evolved, and deadlines are now so much tighter.
Of course, our factory has moved with the times and the plant is now home to three state of the art B1 presses that run 24 hours a day, 6 days a week.
Litho Press Room Machine Spec

Print Finishing
The vast majority of finishing work is undertaken in house with a continuous work flow of standard projects such as trimming of flyers and leaflets very much part of the daily workload.
Furthermore, we also produce in-house a vast number of booklets as well as brochures all requiring a variety of finishing that includes simple fold, stitch, and trim.
In addition our binding department also produces perfect bound, PUR bound and lay flat bound products all finished in house.
Small Format Printing
Our Kodak NexPress S3000 is ideal for short run, fast turnaround print projects that are invariably required within the tightest of deadlines.
This high-quality digital press is sheet fed and can produce a wide portfolio of work including multi paginated landscape as well as portrait books and brochures.
This machine is also ideal for small volume print requirements to include items such as flyers, leaflets, and greetings cards.
This machine is calibrated to match our B1 litho presses hence is ideal for use as proofing mechanism to produce one off printed proofs for books and brochures.
Fulfilment, Distribution & Logistics
From the delivery by our own dedicated drivers through to the picking and packing of large fulfilment projects, all items are catered for by our fulfilment, distribution and logistics team.
In house storage is available that is complimented by our dedicated internal pick and pack area of the business that is sending out multiple items on behalf of our clients and their end users alike.

Lightbox Units
We produce bespoke lightbox units for clients for their retail enviroment, these can come in any size with our largest being 23m wide and 8m high! They are all backlit and each comes with their own serial number and lifetime guarantee.
Indoor and Outdoor Banners
We can print up to 8000mm wide and 60m in lengh dependant on the materials and substrates, we now also offer a fully bio-degradeable material for shorter term use for both inside and out which is a game changer for this industry.
Hoarding Panels & Heras Fence Airmesh Graphics
We can site survey, print, install any hoardings for any site around the UK, all work is produced at the highest of standards.

Wall & floor vinyl's
Our team can print and install all wall and floor graphics. We can print up to 4000mm on the width and 60m in lenght if needed. All materials can be applied to most substrates and we can carry out a site survey anywhere in the UK.
Fabrication
We can design using 3d renders from the brief supplied, fabricate and produce any bespoke item using various materials including wood, acrylic/perspex, metal and steel. This is a new service which incorporates our large format print also
